ok guys ive read every possible post and googled the heck out of it, many people have asked , but no one has answered: is there anything special you have to do to mount the valk gauges in a harley batwing fairing? Home made mounts? pull the cover, side it in and remount the cover? id like to get some ideas before i start ripping Smiley

One of the club sponsors, XF6 Custom, sells a 'Gauge Relocation Kit' for just the reason you are asking...  Daryl is a good friend of mine (disclaimer  Wink ) but many here on this board have used his vast knowledge of the Valk to better understand their Bikes.

He is the Chief, Cook and Bottle Washer, at his business...  Answers his own phone, and has no problem with helping out when you have questions.  Give him a ring  cooldude

Gauge Relocation Kit, on his site.

Thank-you Tank.  Can I assume that will screw on the reset shaft after knob removal?

I need one for this set-up

Better to be judged by 12, then carried by 6.

yes, the end of the cable is cross drilled, so you cross drill the knob and run a cotter pin through the whole shebang.
