Was watching a movie in the den around 10:30pm Sat night and the ground "bumped" and the house groaned and doors shook.  The Oklahoma earthquake was felt in North Arlington.

I was sitting outside on the patio having a refreshment.  I felt my chair shaking, said someing to my cousin about earthquakes, because it reminded me of the earthquake I had read about that morning.  He didn't act like he felt it, so I decided that maybe the refreshments were too strong, and I didn't think anything else about it.

Truth is, that my chair was getting after it pretty good, but it really didn't dawn on me until after we went in, and I asked my wife if she had noticed anything.  She said she noticed it also, and the lights shook, but had the same reaction I did and went on.

Perhaps earth moving events aren't big enough for me to notice...lol

see ya.

I thought out dog (The 120 pound doberman) was bumping into the back of my chair (Again!)... But afterwards I realized he was outside... Took an hour or two for me to see the news and put 2 and 2 together...

Are you sure it wasn't the OU football team?

Nope.  That was earlier, around the 3rd quarter when the roof caved in. crazy2

The Aggies only chance in the SEC is if the games end at the half.  Apparently Sherman doesn't know how to make changes at halftime and gets outcoached for the rest of the game. Embarrassed

But I'm still a fan.  0-11 and I'd be yelling for TAMU. cooldude

Thanks for the laugh, Pat. Wink
