Is this the best way to make them play together? Or what's a better idea? (On a standard)

Seems reasonable. My Grover Fire Truck horn is so big I had to notch the baker wing panel to fit them together - so you could do that too, if you need to.

How big is the compressor for that horn? Do you need a pressure tank?

Maybe you want the Rivcos showing, in which case I have nothing to offer. I mounted my Rivcos under the bike. They don't show and they don't interfere with anything.
