Well, front brake switch is bad.  I managed to take apart and clean the switch and contacts and get it workin again but the case wasn't meant to be split so I am gonna need a new one eventually. Where can I get one of these things relatively quickly? Honda dealer don't have anything in stock (like usual).
I now bikebandit has them but they take forrever to ship stuff.

Try here,

 http://www.hdlparts.com/fiche_section_detail.asp?section=148804&category=Motorcycles&make=Honda&year=1998&fveh=3477

This is for a 98 Tourer, I've had very good luck with HDL.
