Did you sell the Valkyrie or keep it?  What do you like/dislike about the Goldwing compared to the Valkyrie?

Had a 1500 wing and valk.  Traded the 1500 wing in on a 1800 wing.  Now I have the best of both worlds.  Valk going no where.

Had a GW, but an I/S came into my life. Then several other Valks were also purchased.
My wife adopted the GW and loves it. She said that she knew it was going to be hers years ago.

But at the last two INZANES, she rode one or both of the Valks we brought with us.

My Goldwings sit at home while I take my 6 week trip each summer.   The 1800 Wing is just not as comfortable as the Valkyrie, even though the Wing has an Ultimate seat and the Valks have stock seats.

Riding the Wing would be cheaper, though.

I am now on my 5th Wing. This is the only one that I dare to ride hard through the twisters. Also, she cruises all day @110 MPH.  Cheesy cooldude

I've always had Wings since 1988, never been without one since. Always wanted a Valk but you can't be a member of the Wing owners club here with a Valk.

I still have a GL1500 sidecar outfit, full EZS conversion including wheels on bike and raked tele forks.

I did also have a 98 GL1500 solo which was immaculate, friend of mine offered me the right money for it so I sold it to him, I then had the money for a Valk....Although I was looking for an immaculate Valk and had to money to buy one, I ended up bying one that need a lot doing to it, it was so cheap though I couldn't let it pass....after 4 months work it is now immaculate and I love it. Will always have a Wing but from now on will always have a Valk too... coolsmiley
