We just installed our Community Christmas tree in downtown Athens yesterday.....after having had to delay it on Monday due to heavy rain....we only had today and tomorrow to get about 3,000 feet of lights and all the ornaments on it.....cause Santa lights it at the end of the Christmas Parade each year which is always at night....heard there are 69 floats(Santa's # this year... Cheesy).....

I let a couple of guys on another one of the crews put the lights on this year.....I think 15 yrs is long enough for me.....time to let the newer guys get the experience in.... cooldude


There are 5-6 pics in the link to this story.......and they had my pic on about half the front page of the actual paper today.....have so much safety gear on that it hid my handsome face..... Wink
