He wanted to take his gloves, and my son said, ‘I couldn’t breathe, so I kicked him in the testicles,’” said his mother. “He couldn’t breathe. He was trying to defend himself,” she said. “I don’t find that sexual harassment. I find that defending himself.”

It's a good thing I don't have any kids in these schools (socialist training camps). Jess, you may not be too far off the mark here. One of my brothers is a high school teacher and his view of the world had become so liberal and socialist that I can hardly have a conversation with him about anything anymore. |

When I was young[way back in the olden days] my dad used to say if you were getting bullied pick up a brick an hit him in the head that will stop him.The boy who said that to his teacher is just growing up.the teacher is a jerk, she should have taken the compliment with a smile.

Anyway, I kinda feel for the principal here. Educators are under more and more pressure due to vague anti-bullying, sexual harassment and violence in the workplace laws. Sometimes they feel like they'll be fired if they DON'T do anything.

I would say that firing or demotion was the appropriate thing to do.
The principal proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that he is incapable of making an intelligent or rational decision, he needed to go.

i remember when my kid brother was in first grade (he had the same teacher I had)
that mom got a call to come to school
My brother had gone up to the teacher and gave her a hug and kissed her
once on each pendulous breast or was the expression humongous jaigundos?
Anyway he was pretty small so that is probably as high as he could reach at that time
Teacher said while she appreciated the sentiment that he shouldnt do that until he was older with a girlfriend or some such words, I wasnt there but thats what I heard
Personally I didnt think the teach was hot but different strokes right?
