this is what's killing america. these people have been STEALING for 10 years! hope they don't go to jail, just get their house taken away..... jail is too good for them.

can't say I'm shocked, people like this bilk the system so others that might actually need the programs can't get in.

remember when 60 minutes used to be a real news program, I saw a story WAY back when about a couple that showed up to the welfare office in their caddy to pick up the check uglystupid2

it's been abused for a while, the scale of the abuse is escalating....

Just for a laugh and to see for myself how the system works I recently applied for food stamps.

Yeah, yeah I know I could have been wasting a government workers valuable time.

Letters mailed to me arrived weeks after my appointment dates. Voice mails and letters I wrote were ignored..

As a school bus driver I clear about $1,000 a month .

I was denied because I earn too much even though my outgoings each month are more than that.

It's a funny old world.

If I had been awarded food stamps I would not have used them. My savings are enough to keep me going for a few more years whilst I contimue to look for full time employment..
