A man sits on a prototype of an electric motor bike made by the Siemens company at a climate change exhibit in Durban, South Africa, Wednesday, Nov 30, 2011. The U.N.'s top climate scientist cautioned climate negotiators Wednesday global warming is leading to human dangers and soaring financial costs, but containing carbon emissions will have a host of benefits. I might be better at giving you an estimate if I knew whether Al Gore was there or not?

There's a company here in Austin making electric motorcycles.  Unfortunately, they are all for export!

http://www.statesman.com/business/technology/austin-based-kld-energy-looks-to-make-mark-2026140.html

Like it or not, it is the wave of the future. Sad

I just hope they ride good and go fast! coolsmiley

Oh no!  "Loud Pipes Save Lives" won't work any more! Shocked

They'll probably make that "puttering" sound like the vehicles on the Jetsons. ???

Gas prices will be over $4.00 per gallon making it very expensive to use our vehicles with internal combustion engines...wait...that's already happened! Angry

...just some thoughts of the future... Wink
