We are leaving the Knoxville, TN area saturday morning 12-17 and heading " Southbound " to Saint Marks, Florida and The Gulf Of Mexico...Anyone needing a road trip....Bring It...LET'S RIDE  Picture take in April 2011 on our ride to GOTF ,Texas  |

Sorry I missed you there in '11 and I hope you make it in '12. Either way,that picture is on my bucket list and I have family in London KY...I'm sure we can make it happen!  But then again,the yellow/cream is nice on the eyes. May have to make a couple trips!  |

that's a beautiful bike Joe, but are you picking bugs out of your teeth when you ride it in FL? It's going to be in the low 30's when we roll saturday morning....I'll have the windshield on for this trip  |

Twist the go wrist and 140 mph easy peasy on the ST1300.
Arrive at the Fish Camp and the guys I was with reminded me of my little speech to them about the new super speeder law Florida had just introduced. Did I feel a right plonker or what.

It's done nothing here today but rain sure glad we did'nt roll out this morning as first planned.Sure hope the road's dry off over night I spent the better part of yesterday and today getting a new tire mounted and final drive service and detailing my bike ....Come on sunshine  |

When do you head back north? There is a snowball's chance I could meet up Sunday if you are still in the area. You know - provide the planets align just so and I win the lottery and whatnot.
Best place to catch us will be Shell Island Fish Camp 440 Shell Island Rd, St Marks, FL 32327 ...I know we plan on doing a all day ride sunday checking out the area . One thing for sure we'll be doing lunch at whatever the locals recommend as the best raw oyster bar on sunday....No plans on the return trip we just want a few good days on the road and to be back in The Great State Of Tennessee before Christmas I'm guessing we'll be home by wednesday. |
