Great story!!! My wife's middle son, my stepson, came home from Hawaii at the first part of December. He has been in Hawaii for 6 months. Before that, he was on his 3rd tour in Iraq. Now at the end of December he will be going back to Afganistan, for the 2nd time. After this one he wants to call it quits. After being in Bosnia, Pakistan twice, then Iraq 3 times and now Afganistan again, he is burned out. We understand his sacrafice, even though we sometimes don't like it. We are still very proud of him. When he came home this time, I guess the wind carried something in the air for both of us, and his two brothers. Must be the pollution or something.  Walt |

OH DAMN YOU!!!! Why did you share that?  Sitting here all alone on Christmas eve and Christmas morning at work, really wanting to be at home wth my wife and kids. Well at least nobody is here to see the tears of joy for that little girl and her daddy.  My step nephew just came home about 3 weeks ago for the last time. He does not ever have to go again to those god forsaken sand boxes, this was his 7th visit to that HELL and his 3rd time coming home wounded.  God BLESS our service men and women and thier families. God Bless all of you and Have a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS! |
