My oldest daughter (age 44) is an aspiring bicycling geek and was bragging about her bike with ceramic bearings.  It got me wondering about ceramic bearing for the Valkyrie.  Anybody have any experience or care to comment?  http://www.precisionbearings.net/ceramicmotorcycle.html

They use them on off road push bikes over here, apparently better at coping with dirty environments.
It's a load of silicone nitride balls.

Would be no advantage on Valk.  Most commonly used on race bikes where slightly less friction equalls better times.  They are better suited for lighter weight machines.
