Help me out. I was looking under the right side cover for the cable to hook up an ipod. All the ones I saw looked like they were connected. Am I looking in the wrong place?

You'll have to hook up a fuse panel under the seat, powered from the battery, with a relay triggered by the Aux connector. Hook a power point with USB connector to the fuse panel. Also connected to the fuse panel, you'll need an amp and speakers, unless you're going to use earbuds.

Got it! A picture really is worth a thousand words. It was hidden by some other electronics, but I found it. Thank you much. Guess I should have mentioned that it's an intersate. Cheesy

Nothing is as easy as it seems. I found a jack that fits the aux cable, but no sound thru the speakers. Checked the cable and my audio system works on radio and cb, The ipod works on my car stereo. I don't get it. Any ideas??? Lips Sealed tickedoff

Do you have the controller set correctly?  The one on the left handlebar?  Needs to be on AUX on the dashboard, or will not work.

Yeah, I've got the Aux function on the right setting, and I'm pretty sure that I've got the connecting cable in the right jack. There is only 1 3mm female input in that bundle of wires, right? I had a great picture to go by, sent by PTGB. My wiring looks different because a previous owner added some wires to it, but the plug was still there. I am not an electrician, or a mechanic, so after eliminating all of the obvious fixes, I'm stumped. I don't think it's a fuse because all of the other audio components work fine.
Any other ideas before I pay someone to fix it?

Make sure you aren't sending the AUX audio through the headset instead of the speakers. Is there a headset icon showing on the display? If so, make sure it is only the CB audio that is going to the headset.

If you are already aware of these settings.. disregard the above.

Get out the Owner's Manual and try everything. Do you have another device like a radio or MP3 player you can try?

If the Ipod is not plugged in when you turn it on, sometimes it will play on it's own speaker, and not the hooked up system. Drove me crazy until I figured it out.

My Bad. Found another plug that looks just like the one PTMG sent me a picture of, only it was a few inche to the left, and cleverly concealed. Once I plugged into that, instant ipod. I told you I wasn't an electrician or mechanic. Didn't mention the blind part. Thanks for helping out. See you down the road. crazy2
