LIQUIDITY: when the house you bought more than twenty years ago is now valued at less than 1/3 what you originaly paid and your property taxes have gone from 1.2K per year to 5.3K today.
And I won't go into what my portfolio has done since Clinton left office.

retirement funds?? whats that??  You don't need no stinkin' retirement funds. They just want you to keep on workin' till death so you can pay your taxes to support the other 47% of the country that has no tax liability (and that just only includes the ones that even bother to file a return). |
