I had posted this on the general board and it really should've been entered here on the Tech side.

I'm toying with the idea of putting one of the electronic shifters on my Valk Trike (Pingle or Kliktronic). What I'm not sure about is what kind of mounting hardware would be required. Neither kit offers any mounting options for the Valkyrie. Do any of you have one and if so, how did you mount it?

I have one, I got it used off of the classifieds here, it is mounted to the cam cover with a small block of aluminum stock, drillled and tapped to accept the supplied bracket http://www.kliktronic.co.uk/clamp.htm as in the pics below. Stone simple and works as advertised with a little tweaking to adjust properly. The Previous owner supplied the shift lever, it is off of another model Honda, but I do not know what...............it just fits, I believe they all may have the same splines. He used another lever, so that it could easily be returned to stock for resale.  I also drilled it to accept a footpeg so's I could shift manually if I so choose, I rarely do because I like to keep my feet up on the highway pegs.  I find the stock position much to cramped for my long legs,  Go for it, you'll like it.................  cooldude
