it's in the mid 70's here too, I get to enjoy it while home. just got done pruning my orange trees  (ya know it's never too late to move to a warmer climate) I woke up on the 23rd or so in moriarity NM and it was 0, as in zero, no temp, bloody cold...... |

It was actually nice here in the North today. Got out for a ride around the hood this afternoon for a couple hours. Don't forget to remind me come July & August how nice it is there then.  |

60's here in Mo. finished off the garage insulation and walls. got to try out the new compressor got a nice leather coat and wrench set for my birthday. got to see all the grandkids, and kids. wife's in the kitchen making a birthday cake. got steaks in the fridge ready. life is good..............today oh ya, i'm officially over the hill now hit the big 6 0. ??? ??? |

Have a good ride on NYD, Oh and I almost forgot, even though it would be really rubbing it in, I do expect some of your great video's from that ride. You guys have some of the nicest roads inthe country to ride on.

Michael, Michael, Michael. I can speak from sperience, that you are headed for a slippery slope. I've been in the same trouble as you are in now over in the chat room. Tellin them boys about my winter rides and getting them pi$$ed off that they can't ride.  It was 77 today, but we are out camping for New Years, so we didn't ride anywhere. They will get back at us during the summer riding months when it is 110F down here. Ride safe my brother, and keep an eye out in your mirror for one of the snowed in guys. Hay Jimmyt |

There ya go Mikey jus Stiring the Pot!! Just because were going to be basking in the sun tommarrow at the lake cooking burgers after our ride. Thats jus terrible bragging that Its Only Gonna be 79 degrees tomarrow and well be riding in our shirt sleeves. Glad ya didnt tell everyone that there will be 25 or so bikes and a Huge Feast at the BBQ on the Lake. Also gla d ya didnt tell those poor folks that will be freezing with thier bike put away for the winter that well be getting in a couple hundred miles. No be nice and no more picking on folks.. Cya tomarrow... 8-)

Burr, was COLD today, barely hit 60, but I sucked it up and had a real nice New Years Day ride to get some greens and black eyed peas...
Hope ya'll were able to get some miles in too, and if not, I'm sure you'll more than make up for it come spring!

The bikes are all bundled out in the garage with care, and all that crap for the next two or three months.
But, I have also tried to ride out at my Son's in Gilbert in August when it was 115. I will think about you Western & Southern guys when it is 80 here in August and we can ride all day in the sun without melting into the asphalt.

It was a Balmy 36 deg, with 40 mile an hour winds and snow squalls. Still got up the nerve to run an 11 mile loop around the neighborhood. Sunny when I started, snowing like hell for 2 blocks , then cloudy, then sunny, snowing, sunny, cloudy, and then sunny when I pulled into the garage.....

Yesterday 41.5 degrees celcius (107 F)
Today 40 degrees celcius (104 F)
Too hot to ride!
