Ran across this article about 6 gas station eateries and was just curious if any of you had run across any of these places.

Fort Walton Beach, Florida I'm a simple man, I like pretty, dark haired woman and breakfast food.

I remember when you could get your windshield cheaned, your oil checked and your tank filled at a "gas station".

Have not had the oppurtunity to check those listed out but back when i was still driving cross country i found a lot of mom and pop places and little out of the way spots with really excellent food. Most but not all of the little good food spots was down south. 2funny Found a small unadvertised resturant on the Fl/Ga border on I-75 that had the BEST catfish and eggs and hush puppies i ever ate.
