Floor seemed in decent shape but I did'nt get in the boat so really not sure...Old motor I'm guessin'  early 60's ( nothing wrong with that if it runs ) . Tires was up and seemed decent as well...New jack up front and it had a fish finder mount ... Myself if I was wanting a old beat around fishing boat and could get this one for no more than $500.00 / $600.00....I'd buy it.

That was a basic rig.

Good for rivers, lakes on a calm day.

But a bad day fishing beats a good day working.

If the motor runs it's worth it.

There's only one thing better than having a boat, and that's having a friend with a boat.

Nice boat  cooldude  I had a 19' Dusky Open Fisherman made alot like yours before I got the Carolina Skiff. We got into fishing with live bait ( shad ) and the deep V would'nt get me in the shallows to catch'em....They claim the 24 footer I have now will float in 4 inches and plain in 6 inches of water.

Ooooh, nice boat. I've always wanted a Mako or a Whaler.

Used to have a 17 ft Boston Whaler with 70 Evinrude I used in Alaska for fishing Insurection Bay and Cook Inlet, and some hunting rivers and lakes.  Was a great rig, fast, economical and would take the rough stuff.  Brought in some great King Salmon and  Halibut.   Loved that boat, had a 5 horse Merc for a kicker, never had to use it.  Sure had some great adventures in that rig.  Quit fishing and hunting around 91 or so, still buy a few guns now and then, but doubt If I will ever get back into it.
