Do you know where the 'last stop' and approx time will be before you reach the PA State line? We are taking the interstate accross Maryland and if time allows we want to meet up you the 'group'. Spending the night near Z-ville Oh so it wont take long to reach PA. Getting pumped for it! Thx!

According to Highbinder the last stop will be the sheetz station at I-81 exit 307, about 80 miles from the motel.  I asked for an ETA but he only said late afternoon, we will have to get a call list together so we can get in touch by cell.

I've always hoped everyone would meet in Knoxville, Tennessee or Wytheville,Virginia to ride with the group. As for me its the ride and Gettysburg is only where I'm going. It would be so cool to have that many beautiful Valkyries rollin' north bound.

It would be nice to meet in K-ville but with our time restraints its pretty tuff. I don't think I am leaving NE Ind till 5p on Thursday. If all else fails we will be there to get the pictures of the line of Valks at the hotel.

Yea we'll do that. Have to see what time we leave z-ville that morning and get to south of the hotel. If we get there to early instead of waiting a few hours we may hit the hotel and take the pix.  Have to check with the group and see what they want to do.

Hey Joe,  you wanted to let you know if Noah was coming so you can decide which bike to ride.  He will be there.  I appreciate you letting him ride with you on saturday.  Thanks bro.......     brian

Do you think we should call the Chamber of Comerce
or someone to let them know that we are coming?
Maybe we could get them to do a few things
for us.

I think they are already going to be busy with other rallies. There are 2 big events at Gettysburg, 1 the week before us and 1 the week after. I think the one after is some big ladies riding club, having there annual national rally there. From what I read they are looking at quite a few thousand, give or take, from those 2 rallies. Also watch for loose parts coming through Ohio, the Ohio HOG rally is going on in Z-Ville.  Grin

Wow no I haven't, thx!
At the HD dealers I get the Thunder Press magazine and it give events and rallies throughout the US. There was a full page layout of Gettysburg events and it caught my eye because Highbinder picked the date for the ride a week before I grabbed this mag. It mentioned the 2 big rides in June. And since we had a ride there the 2 rallies stuck in my mind! GiG told me about the HOG ride in from the hotel in Z-ville as he tried to resv a room.
