Nice pics.  I would like to have a few of those.

Why the "suicide doors" on the purple Bel Air??  Is that a '55??  ???

That cab Over is a gorgeous piece, and it's cargo makes a nice pair. The 4 door '57 chevy with the suicide doors is neat as well.

Suicide doors, just something to be different.    That is the way all the 4 doors were back in the day.   It was what, like 52 when they went to the rear opening in most cars?

The suicide door is a 57..........

I would love to have that Green 58 Impala hardtop.   I used to have a Red/White one with Tri-Power, 348 cu in and Powerglide.    That sucker could get ya a citation real easy.

Thanks RJ.  cooldude  What is difference?  the front and rear fenders (tail fins) are sharper in the '57 with larger V-8?

Right on the tails fins of the 57 being sharper.  The 57 also had the rubber front bumper "bullets". The 55 and 56 looked like each other. The 56 had more bullet shaped tail lights and almost square front turn signals. The 55 had more of a rounder half moon front turn signals and smoother rear tail lights. Hope that makes it all clear as mud!
