I clicked on the link but it never starts up. Tried a different approach and it appears there's some type of registration needed?! Not sure what I'm doing wrong, any suggestions?

Go ahead and sign up - it's free unless you choose to upgrade to paid service. (No commercials, not sure what else). Set your own preferences by artist or genre. I have about 20-25 different ones set up.
