I know this city is about to be on it's EAR.
I am NOT looking forward to the crowds, mess, noise or obnoxious fans.
I hope the economic boost is worth the cost. We've spent untold $$$ sprucing things up, and trying to make silk purses out of sows ears.
I will avoid downtown vehemently, only coming here for work, and may in fact try to work from home some, so as to avoid the crowds. I have accepted the fact that I will not be able to eat lunch anywhere next week and will simply have to brown bag it every day.
To answer the question... My $$ are on the Pats...

With the bad blood between the Pats and the Colts over the last decade... I respect them and will be cheering for the Patriots on Game Day.
I rooted for the Ravens... but I'd rather have an AFC team win than an NFC one. There will be A LOT of locals rooting for the Giants though. Because of the rivalry with the Pats and because of Peyton's baby brother QBing them.
I agree. Go PATS!

Come on Jabba-i've driven thru and around Indy picked up and delivered there.  Other than a nuclear blast and total rebuild what could they possibly have done in a couple years or so to make a difference??  Lets just say i'm not a fan of ANY metro area anywhere. :2funny:Being an ex trucker could have a lot to do with that. Still gotta go with the N F C.
