Has anyone used soft saddlebags on their Valkyrie? I have a set of Nelson-Rigg CL-850 saddlebags. They are currently on my KLR 650. I have no bags on my standard right now, I was looking at the bags the other day and wondering if I could make them work on the Valk. I know everyone has either leather bags or hard bags, and I am looking on the classifieds for a good deal, but until the right deal comes along......I have the Nelson-Rigg bags for now. I actually really like the bags on my KLR, so it seems to me I'd probably like 'em on my Valk too. So, what do I need? Will a set of the Cobra chrome bag supports work? Is that all I'd need? Anyone got a set of bag supports laying around they want to sell? Thanks all.....

I used Rev Pack soft luggage on my Standard for 11 years or so until I got my Boss Bags. I never had to use any type of support for the Rev Packs. The way I had the straps adjusted, there was no way the bags were gonna interfere with the wheel.
