that would be Bush and his last 2 yrs in office. Now who were controlling the senate and congress that made policy changes that started the downward spiral of the economy? That would be the democRATes and pelosi, reed and franks were the leaders along with other minows from both sides.
and if u are referring to the housing crash, that can be trace back the policies of carter and which were kept going and got worst during each adimistration after that, including both houses.
Do u know that barry obama as a lawyer was sueing the US Govt for not giving mortgages to people who didn't qualify for them, his suits claimed racism as the reason, not their ability to pay a monthly mortgage. all of this has been documented in detail on various sites, mark levine site being one of them.
