The parts on Honda turnsignals (shell, stem) are generic and fits within the same range of years .... 2000+, or 99 and below for a Valk. Doesn't have to be from a Valk. Distinguish them apart by 2 screw on the lens, or one screw on the bottom. Front's and rears are also interchangeable. However the base plates remain either 1156 or 1157 but just switch them out accordingly.
[Edit
] if all years I/S have turn signal with a single screw on the bottom of the lens. Valks started at 2000 and newer. Then any turn signal with the single screw lens (Honda) will have interchangeable parts with the I/S *irregardless of the different stalks*. Btw, with a single-screw lens, a Right-Front will be a Left-Rear, otherwise the bottom screw would face up.
