Here is the link:

We will get this Hotel info up on the Registration site this afternoon, but here it is for now:

You MUST have a reservation confirmation number in order to reserve your room.  GROUND ZERO is the preferred hotel!  The other Best Western is our designated overflow and the Swiss Village is for those that would not be able to attend otherwise.  It is a lower budget hotel and does NOT have the amenities Ground Zero has.  There is also a limited number of rooms available at the Swiss Village.

Best Western Inn of the Ozarks - GROUND ZERO
$ 89.00 for standard room with two queen size beds.
$ 92.00 for standard room with one king size bed.
$ 99.00 for room with balcony.
$139.00 for room with jacuzzi for two.

Best Western Eureka Inn (3/4 mile down the road)
$89.00 for standard room with one king, two double, or two queen size beds.

Swiss Village (A mile mile away from Ground Zero and lower budget hotel)
$56.00 for standard room with two beds or one king.
$66.00 for room with jacuzzi for two.

ATTN: Smokers

Ground Zero only has 7 smoking rooms.  If you want one, book early, and specify that you want a smoking room.

We're registered for the whole week.  What day do people normally show up?  We're thinking Sunday.

101!   cooldude   Over one hundred registered in the first twenty hours.

Get 'em while they're hot, folks.

We're registered for the whole week.  What day do people normally show up?  We're thinking Sunday.

Normally covers a range.  A significant number will arrive on Sunday.  We'll have an early bird BBQ on Sunday evening.  Some of us will be there Saturday and many will arrive on Monday.

Riding in that area is excellent for anyone who wants to arrive early or stay late.   Arkansas maintains a web listing of motorcycle ride routes many if not most in the northwest corner of the state.

Hey Holly & Thag,

If you'll volunteer for Raffle Ticket Sales (along with HayHauler, 5_19, and Mr & Mrs Scoobydoo, so far  coolsmiley)(schedule details to be announced later), I'll tell you that we are planning on arriving Sunday.  Route and ride schedule to Eureka Springs are TBD.

If you are anxious and get there Saturday, I hear there might be some last minute details at Ground Zero that could use some extra hands.   angel

Working the registration area selling raffle tickets was a great experience - you meet everyone.  I worked the table even when I wasn't scheduled, it was so much fun.  Highly recommend you do this.

If I was going this year, that's where I'd be.
