I'm not saying something does or does not sound fishy here, BUT when dealing with rare and old vehicles, they sometimes get "titled" by the state in what ever configuration the computer system OR the uneducated DMV inspector can understand.  Undecided

I'd suggest they get search warrants for all the cargo boxes headed out onto the water.

And yes, that other bike looked like a Honda to me, but I don't remember a Honda motor that looked like that.

Found this image of a 1958 Honda CB92 Benley, kinda resembles the "Kawasaki" shown in the video, even the tank badges are similar.  WEIRD, HUH........?

Leave it to the reporters to get it wrong!!! That bike is a 1962 honda 250 RC162 (racing)
If they got the picture wrong it could be a 1967 50cc six cylinder racer which would easily be worth I million bucks.

Thanks for posting the picture Fon. With a better look, I was wrong on my first call. That bike is a 1962 Honda CR93 125cc Twin
Twin-cylinder, 8-valve head, twin cams, dry clutch, and redlined at 14,000 RPM. Only a handful was imported to the USA
