No rain predicted on Saturday, so ride is looking good.

I've looked over the maps and here are the approximate times when we'll be at various points enroute:

7:30am - Meet at 7-11 at southeast corner of 380 and 75.
8:00am - KSU
8:45am - Pilot Point (intersection of 377 & 455)
9:15am - Valley View (intersection of FM 922 & I-35)
10:00am - Forestburg (intersection of FM 922 and FM 667)
10:20am - St. Jo (intersection of FM 667 and 82)
10:40am - Fuel Stop in Nokona
11:30am - Waurika (intersection of 91 and 70)
12:30pm - Lawton (intersection of I-44 and 7)
1:15PM - Mount Scott
1:45PM - Meer's Store

Return trip will be a bit quicker.

We might stay at Mount Scott longer.  We may stop in St Jo to shop.  Who knows for sure?

Let's have fun and be safe.  Let me know who we can expect to see Saturday.

My cell phone is 214dash349dash2579 if you need to get a hold of me that day.  Just remove the "dashes".

Again, here is the route:  http://g.co/maps/fvqfx

I'm in. My brother may ride in with me.

RM, if you'll be coming up 360 LMK if you'd like to ride in together.

We should be able to make it. We will probably meet up with you in Pilot Point.  FYI, the biker store in St Jo moved early last year to Nocona.

RM, if you'll be coming up 360 LMK if you'd like to ride in together.

My most direct route is to go I-30 to 75 and then north.  However, I can take the route going up 360 to 121 east to 75 then north on 75 to 380.  That takes about the same time but there will be tolls.  Which is why God made toll tags.

If I leave at 6:30am from Cooper and I-30 should be at 360 and 183 by 6:45, then to 121 by 6:50am.

That's the way I'll go and hopefully you will see me and join up.

Tell me where to look for you.

Hopefully I will make it.  Been a long time since I have had a Meer's burger.  Got new tires and no more leaks, woohoo.

If you're at 183 at 6:45 I'll see you and catch up. I'll be leaving from 360 and Mid-Cities. See you then.

When you turn north from 455 onto 377, I'll be at the Texaco on your left.  No need to pull in - I'll catch up.

I hate to be the downer, but the weather reports arent looking good.  The forecasted temps have dropped 10 degrees for Sat.  The forecast for Meers is a HIGH of 42 with rain and snow possible.  I don't think were gonna make it after all.  Thats a long way to go when your cold and misserable.  Sorry.

FYI.   If you are stopping at St. Jo to visit the leather store, they may have relocated.  Rumor has it they moved to Nocona.  I forgot to look the other day when I drove thru there.

Sounds like it will be chilly Saturday.   I have to work as usual.....blah

Just checked the forecast and it shows 0% chance of rain and 40 degrees as the high.

So, it will be a bit chilly.

Would a ride to Hico for pie and burgers at the Koffee Kup or to the Shed in Edom be more interesting?  Shorter ride, higher temperatures.?

I'll start a new post.
