Deb, Pat, and I found this on Highway 64, just outside Memphis, on the way to Chattanooga.

Used to have one 'O those...a 64 Corvair Monza 600.
A cousin? Yep, probably...flat 6 motor...mine had dual two-barrell carbs. Air cooled though.
Always thought it was a pretty cool car.

I'm looking to buy a Monza as we speak. I didn't realize it was a flat 6...assumed it was a GM corporate v-6 of some sort.
Sweet! 2 flat-6's in my garage...
Since you owned one, how much trouble am I in for with it? My dad will likely tell me I'm crazy since he owned one as well...dragged the motor down the road twice because the rear motormount broke...and something about the oil pump being weird...

The main thing is the motor has to drop out the bottom to do much to it (like head gaskets/such), and since it's air cooled it can be a pain to get all the shrouds out of the way for maintenance work. We rivited two "hood scoops" on the rear trunk lid to improve air flow...it looked cool and helped, well, cool!
Nader hated these...they are a bit light in the front...the front is a great trunk and can hold a lot...we always threw a bag of horse food or something in the front for long highway trips.

Blade - you have enough of a project on your hands just tightening up the nuts and bolts on that Harley after every ride.
