Any body know how to remove a dent in a place like this. I tried the suction cup, the hot glue on a some sticks. I cant get the panel off the inside. I think the cab is double walled anyways. Any suggestions?

Thanks for any advice.

You need to remove the trim first off!

The inside panel has to come off.

Might take a little work.

Do you think pulling off the trim, drilling a hole and either putting in a screw and pulling or an "L" shaped coat hanger type thingy and pulling. Then glue the trim back on to hide the hole?

You can't pull a dent like that from the middle. Start from the edges and work your way to the middle. You will have to pull the trim first, and probably some bondo will be in order. The welders that stick the pullers on would be the best way, but are pricey for one time use. If you don't have the tools already, probably be cheaper to turn it over to a bodyshop cooldude

Gonna be a body shop/stud welder/bondo/paint job. There looks to be a body line where the paint color changes. THats gonna be a bitch to get it without the proper tools....You can try removing the inner panel and seeing what you've got ( nothing to lose with that but time) may get lucky and be able to kick it out from the inside.  If you can get it form the inside put a little heat to the trim before you give it a go to soften the plastic. Too much though and the glue for the trim will crap out.

Look up the nearest PDR (Paintless Dent Repair) guy in your area.  Unless the paint is cracked, he will most likely he will be able to fix that completely and you wont even know it was there.  Im training in PDR currently myself.  It is a very tough art to learn.  If you cant find anyone, call a couple of the local car dealerships and they will direct you to who they use.  If you cant find anyone, let me know and I will get you a name from my PDR forum I go to.

Just tell everyone that it's an old truck and it is supposed to have dents in it..that interior panel will come off but you'll have to remove the seat first then you'll be able to get to the dent, but I doubt you'll be able to get it all out, and most likely will end up making it worse. Try the PDR guy or a body shop if you just have to have it perfect...

First I have to pull off both seat belts (front and rear) then the seat, then the paneling. My question; is the cab double walled? I dont want to pull everything off to find out I cant get to the dent?

Why not try a rubber dent puller. It looks like a bathroom plunger with outthe stick handle.
You would still need to pull the trim off. And you can do this from the outside.

Went to harbor freight and bought a heavy duty suction cup, that didnt work. Took it back and bought the dent pulling kit. Its a POS. Finally drilled a hole into the rubber trim and pulled on it with pliers. That worked, well, kinda. Good enough for now.
