here at work about 15 yrs ago an older man had a heart attack here on the job.    He lived throught it.   Then his doctor put him on a strict diet and exercise program.      He did none of it.      Then a yr later he went in for his physical and stress test.   He had a heart attack on the walking machine in the doctors office.   He lived through that one too.
