The primary hotel, Best Western of the Ozarks, is full.  The secondary hotel, just a short walk (or a really quick ride) up the road is available.  The phone number for Best Western Eureka Springs is 800-221-3344.  You'll need to register for InZane and give them your registration number.

We are hoping to fill both hotels so there will be no one but InZane attenders around you in both locations.

I called the phone number for Best Western Eureka Springs is 800-221-3344 and keep getting a recorded message saying your call cannot be completed as dialed.
Is that Hotel still closed for the season?

Never mind. It seems the 1 800 number doesn't work when calling from Canada. I called 1-479-253-9551 and booked a room. I put my name on the waiting list at ground zero too.
