NEVER MIND. 9After three days of jacking with this, I got bolt holes to line up) It is embarrassing to admit my ineptness when it comes to wrenching but I have been unable to re-attach the master cylinder  to the transmission housing. You have to mount one end of right angle bracket with the kit using the same bolt hole. I have tried to attach that end first which is no problem but can't get the holes on other end which mounts with the vertical bracket to line up so I can get it started. If I mount the two brackets on other end first, then, I cannot get the holes on the master cylinder bracket and the right angle bracket to align with the hole.
What if I just leave the master cylinder "floating" without re-mounting it to housing? Doesn't look like it would matter.

Any comments from those who have installed these covers?
I could always go back in and try to do it correctly when I go to a wrench party and have some help.

I think I did a little pushing where the black bracket attaches to the master cyclinder bracket to get them to line up. (phew) Anyways, I finally got things lined up and as it turns out, I don't even like the darn things, taking them off. I sprayed the trans cover with undercoat and didn't help with the tin can sound it makes when starting or running. Both sides going out the door.

My bike had these on it when I bought it but they looked crappy due to pitting/peeling of the chrome.  And after a couple of times of R&R and being a major PITA to put back on I left it off.  IMO it looks better.

I also removed the sparkplug covers because it's another PITA to get to the plugs with these on.
