Car Show -- 2012 Desert Classic Concours d'Elegance

  Went to car show.  Lot's of $$$ in that parking lot.

 

 

 

 

 

 

  I had parked the bike adjacent to the show and as I was leaving a lady was standing there taking pictures of the Valkyrie.  I told her "It looks like it should be in the show, huh?"  and she said "Yes it is so beautiful I had to take some pictures." I rode off with a smile on my face.  

  Later had adult beverage to celebrate.

Thanks for posting these beautiful cars. Saw some a few years back, in Hotchkiss, Co. riding the Black Canyon of the Gunnisen, Hwy 92. One fellow said he drove his from L.A. for that show.

There is a great open air "cafe and octane" show here every first Sunday of the month.  Last time I went I rode the Valk and parked it in the show.  Can't tell you how many people stopped by to admire and take pictures...

AND WHY NOT....

It's just the most beautiful motorcycle ever built....period!

I've always found that the average person will stop to look at a Harley...

 but they will walk across a parking lot to check out a Valk.
