Headed out Monday morning with temps about 35 degrees going to Somerset, KY to meet up with Jim and ride some in Whitley City area. Stopped at the Rangers station for directions to Yahoo Falls. They said we could avoid the hike to the falls if we took 660 off of 700 which would be gravel. No problem as I'd rather deal with a little gravel then have to walk.  Grin Had a few stuffed animals hanging around the Ranger Station.

Still had to walk a little ways in to the Falls that didn't end up being very awe inspiring but neat non the less.

About this time Jim has a text from my wife to call him. Somehow got the text but had no signal to call her on either of our phones. Decide to head into town to get something to eat a call the house to see what's up. After getting ahold of her she says my Uncle (Mountainman on the forum had a surprise sitting at the FedEx in London and it was gonna cost him a chunk every day it sat beyond today, so we cut from Whitley City on 92 thru to Williamsburg and get my Truck and details as to what was going on. Parked both bikes in my small cave which is still a work in progress. After getting back from London and pulling the bikes out of thecave to put the crates in there we notice that Jim's bike had left it's mark.

My Uncle knew it was going to be awhile before getting a lift and wanted to outfit the cave now with what he considered an important piece to the puzzle. For that reason and because I have the best uncle a guy could hope for as well as my favorite riding partner that I will ever have this is now getting assembled. Waiting on some missing hardware getting mailed and still need to ad the side extensions. Thanks again Mountainman!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  cooldude cooldude cooldude cooldude

Looks like a nice lift...you might have to keep that uncle in the family.

I know Terry. He's very special to me and never ceases to surprise me. Wish his health would allow him a trip south at least one more time.  Sad
