Eli have you ever checked out Simply Country Cafe at 105 qnd 146 in Moss Hill. Great food and wonderful pies. They do run strange hours not always open when they should be.

Mr. B, the wife and have been wondering for years about that restaurant, never have stopped though. We did come to the conclusion that they only openned on weekends, as they were always closed during the week when we make a trip to Brenham. Will give it a visit.

They have weird hours. Open during week but only till 2 pm I think. Weekends are different close early on Sunday after the church crowd gets fed. Fun is good, pies are great. cooldude

Likewise here in the Dallas area too, Eli.

Decided it was time to give her a bath.   And, of course I just HAD to wind dry the old girl off.  Roll Eyes

Took about a 75 mile round-e-round East then North.  Not far but definitely dried her off and cleared out a few cobwebs of my own.  cooldude

I think we better keep these things, they're like a fountain of youth. Well, as long as we don't ride'm like a youth.

Made the Texas Independence Day Rally this weekend in Groesbeck.  Two Valks there was all I saw.  My orange/black and a beautiful solid yellow with american indian accent paint and fringe everywhere.  He entered the bike show but I don't remember hearing the winners announced.  He pulls a fold out trailer and has one great camping set up. Good food, great bands, really neat bike games and frigid cold in the tent on Saturday night.  But the 5 hour round trip ride was worth it all.
