This was very interesting...and it shows results in a number of ways. It clearly indicates that the majority of Americans don't have a clue about what's going on in the world. No wonder our politicians take such advantage of us. It's astonishing that so many people got less than half right. These results say that 80% of the (voting) public doesn't have a clue, and that's pretty scary.

There are no tricks here - just a simple test to see if you are current on your information. This is quite good and the results are shocking.

I believe it was Winston Churchill who opinioned that " . . . the biggest argument against democracy is a 5-minute conversation with the average voter . . ."

Test your knowledge with these 13 questions, then see how others did!

I believe it was Winston Churchill who opinioned that " . . . the biggest argument against democracy is a 5-minute conversation with the average voter . . ."

The pew test is busted right now, it won't load... but anyhow, about what Churchill said... you know those crappy
teevee political ads, and the brochures they send in the mail, and the tons of recorded telephone
calls they bother you with... I can only figure that those things are targeted at "the majority"
of voters, else the people running for office wouldn't spend so much money on them... since we
make and unmake the laws with our votes, it is like the country is run by the people who
are influenced by those ads...

13 of 13.  Looks like the Prime Minister question is missed by most.  If he hadn't been visiting Washington DC lately, would have probably missed it.

I tied with Alph and Michael.

I was a bit surprised as, quite honestly, I guessed at some of them.  Some of them I wouldn't have had a problem at not knowing or with anyone else not knowing.  I guess we all have differing opinions on what's important.

I agree with Mr. Churchill.

What's a primal minister, and what's Good Britain?  Undecided

I'm so ashamed. Reading the scores that are posted here, and comparing to what you see when Jay Leno interviews people on the street, we are a bunch of smart a$$es! Cool
