I plan to install new tires and have read many of the relevant posts here.  Because I live in Seattle and need a good rain tire, I plan to install Metzler ME880 front & rear.  Wondering if the 200/60x16 size fits on the rear of a Valk without modification.  Anyone?

Thanks,
Rich

They usually fit ok. Unlike the 205 car tire which has more of a flat top the 200 has the rounded type and shouldn't hit. But wouldn't hurt to do the fender mod just in case.

I have the 200 Metz(can't remember if it's a 60) on my bike and I did the "bolt mod" (not sure if I had to or not) and have no rubbing problems, even with two-up.

Love the way it looks!

Remember, if you are on a bike and wreck with a car no matter how "in the right" you are you are going to lose. RIDE LIKE EVERBODY IS OUT TO GET YOU!!
