For anyone who wants to ride along, I'm going down Saturday and coming back Saturday nite.  Meet me at the McDonalds in Alvarado at 67 and I-35W (NE corner) at 8:00-8:30am, gassed up and ready to go at 8:30am for a trip along Hwy 67, 220, 281 and 183 to Leander.  We should arrive by noon if not a bit earlier.  The LaserPat Memorial ride is KSU at 1:00PM from Leander.

If I am not there by 8:30 don't wait on me.  However, right now, I am planning on meeting you there and riding with you.  I, too, have to return on Sat night. Larry

Unfortunetly I came down with gout on my right knee a couple of days ago and it's swollen to the size of a soft ball. I'm in a lot of pain and unable to walk very well. I might be able to ride my valk for a short period of time but not the 3 hour plus ride down to Leander, TX. I wish I could make the ride but it looks like it's not in the cards this time. I'll say a prayer for Pat and Deb.

That sounds painful. Take care of yourself. Hope you feel better soon.

I will likely ride down with you, RM.  If I'm not there by the time you plan to leave, take off as it means I got caught up with some kid stuff early tomorrow and will have to catch up with you.

Mark - sure wish I could join ya'll.  Unfortunately, I'm stuck in Canada for the weekend.  But I'll be back for the GOTF.  have a safe ride, everyone.
