Adding a fairing and hard bags to my standard.  Repainting the whole thing.  Can't decide and wanted opinions.  I've narrowed it down to three choices.

Satin Black
Gloss Black
Tangerine

Any thoughts?

Tangerine and black, mix it up. Black is actually the absence of all colors. As white is the presence of all color.

Black may be faster but half the Valk's are black
Satin black is a hot color now but will it be in 5 years
Not many Tangerine Valk's out there.
Go Tangerine!

I think the tangerine would be interesting, but I would go with the satin black in like a stripe that was done on the 2003's. It would have a very 70's muscle style.

I'd love to see a standard in gloss gun metal grey with a satin stripe down the middle.  I think that would be the tits.   cooldude

You ought to check the OEM Tangerine color on the VTX, which I don't like. There is a Tangerine-Metallic Valk in my area not the same as the OEM VTX.
It looks ok, but I'd stick with my Glossy Black.  If two-tone, I'd go Black and Silver or Black and White.  Cool
