Baron' Custom Accessories makes lowering kits for several brands including Ace, Shadow, Spirit.
I had a Baron's lowering kit installed on my Road Star. Lowered rear 1-1/2".

http://www.baroncustom.com/search/index.html?searchtype=products&query=lowering+kit&go.x=9&go.y=4

Does anyone make such a kit for the Valk?

No "kit" available that I know of, but you can put lower shocks on it to get it closer to the ground.  Call Daryl at XF6 Customs for shocks and advice.  He's a site sponsor and helps to keep the lights on here.

You might even suggest to Daryl that he make such a kit. Looks like it's right up his alley. Much less expensive than buying new shocks.  cooldude

If you decide to lower your bike remember that the cornering angle of your bike is going to be less. I was on  a ride recently with an HD rider who had just lowered it 2 inches, he put it into a corner and  planted his kickstand mount in the pavement which in turn dropped him and the bike.   uglystupid2

I am reasonably certain there is no way to lower a valk using 13" shocks (without letting the air out of the tires).  I suppose you could try to run a 14" wheel/tire.  Grin

You can get a few mm's  lower running a 55 rear rear auto tire.

Most (all?)lowering kits are for softail/sportbike style single shock rear suspensions.
