I don't know what she did to piss him off but he put his hands on her in anger     If my wife is sitting at a redlight and some waterhead on a bike starts kicking her car I would'nt blame her for running over his goofy ass.

I'd hazard a guess that he touched her car with bike or body - wing mirror. She yelled a curse word at him and the fight was on.

From the video there's no telling what led up to that confrontation. Could be she cursed near killed him by cutting him off earlier (though that is a rare occurrence I'll admit). Could be she even hit him. But now it's cool to just run him down? She may very well have done something to earn that dent. Regardless, you don't respond to someone kicking your car by trying to kill them. That's just mouthbreathing stupidity on so many levels.

in the first few seconds of the video, it LOOKS like he was lane splitting(legal or not i don't know). she tried to cut him off(with the wheel of the car over the line).

she said something to him, he kicked, and she retaliated.

again that is MY point of view. could be all wrong.

If you look....Her wheels are NOT OVER THE LINE.  He was already past her, and turned around, and then kicked her car.  I would have knocked his Ninja, and his ars in the dirt for pulling a bone head stunt like that.

After she tried to run him down. No, I don't have a problem with that. Everyone who tries to kill me with their car gets the same treatment regardless of which sex of sex parts they posses.

One would be If the biker had kicked her car broke her mirror because he is a moron and she didnt do anything 1st then
I would not fault her  even if she hit him with her car.  Not like she killed him just knocked him off the bike.

Well the thing is, you don't really "see" all that much. Ask yourself this; why was the person filming them? Likely there was something leading up to that incident that prompted the videographer to fire up their "camera".

I agree, she crossed the line and deserved all she got and more. Had it been me, her eyeballs would be MIA.

stop the video at 6 sec. if the driver wasn't over the line he/she was on their way, trying to cut the rider off.

 I think the guy on the bike saw her driving thru his neighborhood and decided to check her out because she looked suspicious ,and when she saw him following her she tried to run him down .

biker got what he deserved !!!

i saw him hit her vechile, then she hit his. tit for tat

he then goes after her in her car !?!? he is lucky he got out of the way

im not saying what she did was right but he was wrong wrong wrong

he kicked then attacked she defened herself

if anyone ever had it comming it was him

if she was mean she would have hit her breaks quick then parked it on top of him till the police showed up

Looks more to me like he's trying to take her keys out of the ignition so she could'nt leave the scene.  

No matter who started what or how it escalated, the woman crossed the line just as soon as she tried to kill him by slamming into the car.  It was obvious that she tried to crush him between the two vehicles.  Clear cut attempted manslaughter IMHO.

as far as we know, she might have not liked the fact that the cycle was "cutting" infront of everyone by splitting lanes.  so, she might have purposely attempted to block him, getting him mad, and causing him to kick her car.  either way, she had no right in trying to kill the guy, that's what i see when i see her gunning into him.  i myself can't tell if it's a woman driver or not, they had their cloths on.....  at what point do we stop the escalation?  why couldn't she just realize that he was doing what he was doing 'cause he can.  not his fault she's driving a car......
