A local dealer has renovated, stopped selling Hondas, and stopped supporting MX & road racing teams and is selling a lot of used shop equipment and tools, and I'd appreciate it if y'all could help me put together a list of specialty hand tools to look for; anything that I would either have to make or purchase new from Honda otherwise.

Here's some tools... the driver handle works with a lot of different "attachments"... different
"attachments" are sized right for certain bearings...

Steering stem tool??  Me- I'd buy every tool that was for sale and if it fit any place on my bikes I'd hang on to them, any left I'd sell.

But: beware, I have seen used tools at auction sell for more than they would have new. It all depends on what people are there for.

Thanks for the info, folks.  As it turns out, I didn't see any of the tools mentioned.
