US security contractors and private military units like (but not actually) Blackwater/Academi. How do I know? I installed passive/active missile defense systems in a bunch of Mi172 helicopters. For those who don't know the Mi172 is the "export" version of the Mi8 which is the Russian military's version of the UH60. Besides which, Russia has supplied Syria with military hardware for decades. So how is this "news"? Well, it's not. It's a moonbat website with an agenda and you walked right into it. I'm willing to be this is a formal treaty of a longs-standing and recognized boundary. Odds of that website getting something correct are slim to none. |
