FYI! Not really Valk related, but if anyone is looking to buy an accessoory mounting system, you may find the following interesting!
Customer service lives!
I have a TechMount base for my GPS that I used on my M109R! The 109 has bigger handle bars than the new Road Glide so in trying to transfer the TechMount to my RG, I discovered I'd lost the spacer that came with the TechMount that would allow me to mount to the smaller RG bars! I sent an e-mail message to TechMount last night asking for a part number so I could purchase a new spacer. This morning I decided to follow up with a phone call since it seems rare to ever get a timely response from one of those e-mail tech question sites. As soon as I explained to the rep on the phone what I needed, he called me by name and said he'd already put a new spacer in the mail free of charge! What a pleasant surprise! Actual customer service for a change!
TechMount! Great high quality products and customer service too! Nice!!
