This morning it’s 3am, can’t sleep ‘cause I’m working the night shift this month….  It’s really kinda neat to see certain people posting at this time.  Seems like me, Junior, and Brittman are up!  I’m hoping to be asleep, but I think I’ll make some espresso.

Most mornings I wake up early for up to an hour. Then back to bed.

I like it.

i usually can do 4, then i'm up for a couple, then maybe, just maybe i can do 4 more.  really sucks on your days off to be sleeping all during the daylight hours.  but, on a brighter note, i don't have to deal with management during the day at work!!   Grin Grin

(in the article they blame Edison's light bulb as the being the reason why i can't sleep....)

Yep, Night shifter here...

been at this shift for over 6 years now,,,, seems ok but it's Tuesday - Saturday nights,, kinda messes up any social life. and is hell on riding opurtunities or companions.

i actually slept all night last night. normal for me (i'm retired) is about 3-4 hours sleep, up for 2-4 hours, and then another 2-3 hours a night. then a nap during the day.
would MUCH rather be working again Cry
