Nice day cleaned smoker ready for season. Can smoke 45 full Briskets or 52 slabs of Ribs,uum
If you pass thru Choctaw, Oklahoma stop by will feed you some B-B-Q

All 3/8" sheet iron except for doors, don't know what it weighs but I can't lift it Smiley

Wife mentioned smoked brisket at her work and immediately some one said, "Texans"

Cleaned up the grill this week while my mother was here. Got some good steaks and country pork ribs cooked up.

Smoker looks great.
