Does anybody know of a good product for getting rid of mild oxidation on diamond plate tool box,prefer not to spend half a day rubbing on it.

White Diamond and Power Ball??? Or better yet a Buffing Pad (some Body Shops throw out used ones and they might be willing to toss you one).
