My First Valkyrie when Justin and Andy were done with it. Never should have got rid of it!

Then I started riding with the wife, more comfort.

Justin and Andy cranked out some NICE bikes. I loved the VTX that had everything "hidden".

Thinking back to my first Valk..and even my current one, I bought both of them without even a test ride. I discovered the VRCC before I even bought my first Valk in 01, but I knew I wanted one. Bought it sight unseen from Chicago Cycle. It was their last new one they ever got. They held it for me for 2 days till I could get there. I didn't even need to give them a credit card to hold it. When I did go to get it, the salesman who held it for me said he could have sold it about 5 times. It was fate that it was MY bike.  I've been smiling ever since.

Andy was a whiz on engines.

He could make them walk the talk.

Before he started with Justin he raced 6 cylinders againt V8's and won a lot of drag races.

Same here Wiggy, I bought mine so early on I had to be on a waiting list, anyway when it came in they called me, Justin and I watched them off load it and set it up. By the way Justin was hooked and ended up with that bike when I bought the Interstate, over the phone site unseen but different times, it had been sitting at a dealer for a while and I paid less for the Interstare brand new no miles than I did for the Standard.

RJ, I watched Andy tear down a valk engine and was amazed at how fast he was. He was tearing it apart to put in harden pistons and whole process took him just hours, I hung around to watch him do beginning to end! Yea Andy spent about 10 years racing professionally, and when they couldn't get winning engines he and his pops started building there own. In his career I believe he won 3 world championships in his class, and yea he was turning better times then the V8s with Mopar V6s.

Eric, we're grinnin' like a Opossom eating poop!
