Nice!! Very old Pictures of mine, not nearly as pretty as yours though these are from back in Highschool she has been painted and lovely Blue and is lowered a bit with 205-60/15's centerlines and a bored 351windsor with output to the wheels of just over 435HP and about 520LBS of torque. She was/is my first car 32 years and totalled twice, I still have it. I really need to get mine out of the garage and finish her up, that was my new years resolutuion this year. Sure hope I can find the time to get her out before summer is over. I love me some FORDS!

Nice stang. I too am an old ford guy. I have a 57 Country Sedan that I restored and then the daughter came along and sits. I also have a 61 Galaxie that has a "ever so slightly" modified 351 Cleveland. For now, honestly they are very rebuildable cores. I'm kinda bein mean to myself there.

Nice Mustang! I had a '66 when I was in high school that my dad and I did a backyard restoration on. Bought it for $700 in 1987 and we probably got ripped off at that price, and put another couple grand in it. New fenders, floor pans, rear quarters, doors, bumpers,...pretty much everything it seemed. We painted it outside one morning before the bugs got too bad...lol! The color was called "Hot Rod Yellow". It actually came out pretty good for a couple of amatures, and it was a great experience for a 16 year old to learn about cars with my dad. I wish I had some decent pics of it.

The cool thing is my mom bought it new, it is not restored, just very well kept. Has 49000 actual miles on it, I freshened up the engine and tranny a few years back, and repainted it the correct color, it wins trophies consistently in the original survivor class at car shows. I bought it from her estate when she passed a few years ago and I intend to keep it in the family permanently. Got a gold award on the two Hondas, also. Hoser

Nice pony. I don't have any pics laying around and the car is stored at my dads lake house, but...
I have a 1971 Mustang Grande'. My Grandmother bought it brand new. Has a 351 Cleveland 2bbl, AC, PS with an automatic. 64,000 miles, completely unmolested and unrestored. I need to redo the brake lines and hoses as I don't trust them, but other than a crack on the dashpad the car is perfect. After I make sure the brakes are up to snuff, and the 20 year old tires (at least!) are replaced with period correct rubber, I'll be taking it to the shows locally. Its brown with a brown vinyl roof, hubcaps and no ugly vertical bumper guards. Sadly the only oe dashpads available from Ford are green and black and I need a ginger(?) one.
I plan on driving this car when I retire and all the other vehicles on the road are electric, or perhaps flying cars. Should make for some smiles.

I used to go to the Good Guys shows till they told me to take my piece of Chevy crap and depart the premises. My Chevy Trike. 1987 only 12 built that year. Everything was screwed up. It was supposed to be a kit car. Had to wire it from front to rear, with no wiring diagram. Everything is on relays and has worked now for 208K. NO problems except for when I put my foot through the radio getting in one time. Cheap radio anyway, since there was no way to protect it from the rain. I don't listen to music too much anyway, so I haven't missed the radio. Music was not part of my life style when I was growing up. Then I went on Power Tour with this ride for about 6 years and at one of the venues, David Frieberger, head of Power Tour said that is not what I call a Power Tour car. Haven't gave them any more $$$ for entry fees since. The best part was the July 2000 issue, a picture of the Chevy trike was in there. I had lost a rocker post and the end of a valve. Couldn't get it repaired before they left the next morning, so I repaired it, hand filed my weld and etc, put it back together and cruised home at probably the slowest it had ever been ridden. Pulled in the shop and pulled the heads, sent them off to the machine shop for screw in posts and some valve guide alignment plates and 3 new valves. He has been ridden hard and put away wet several times since then with out a hitch. The big guy lost a wheel once going to California in Colorado, repaired it an came back home. He has never left me stranded and have to have it towed all the way to Iowa. I've always been able to make it home under his own power. I figured this Chevy was just as good as some of the junk people put together. Like take a junkyard car out, put a 502 Chevy in it and do nothing else. At least mine had paint (Powder coat) on it all except for the frame.. Damn, didn't realize I was stealing this post till just now. So just consider this my adventure under a FORD header. Sorry Hoser.

I think Chevy trikes are allowed in any discusson, If you ever blow the engine put in a Boss 429 engine and we'll be even. Just be sure you get a big a$$ radiator, they overheat quite easily. Hoser
